Facilitation of the design of a high level operating model for your organisation. Not a structure chart. An operating model. We’ll work with you to build a sustainable and efficient model for your organisation that will take you into the future. Looking at your purpose, key deliverables, values and culture we can design a high level view of not only where your company should focus it’s activity and remove inefficiency but how it should work. The Republic of Hygge is all about people, culture and effective engagement, so these areas, and how they work are critical to our Operating Model Designs. NOTE: This work is high level and cost vary considerably depending on the scale of the organisation and the detail required. Cost would be provided after a full scoping session to identify requirements.
Detailed Design:
At The Republic of Hygge we’ll work with you to turn your Operating model into a reality and to translate that high level view (or 600 page document…) into an actual structure that you can see. We’ll talk to you about how to make it real and how to help your people through the journey to it, and we’ll even help you design, build and level the roles within it to make sure it ready for introduction. We can even support in writing the communications and engagement strategy, because we all know it’s not going to work unless you take your people with you.
