High Level (Quantitative Research):
A desk based study of your organisation using data you have available to identify where you should focus your activity. It helps you spend your money wisely, and targeted at the right places and helps us to make sure we add maximum value for you. Frequently a client will be asking for a perfectly reasonable and logically piece of work to resolve and issue, but what we’ve found through experience is that often they’re fixing the symptoms not the cause.
The Health Check allows us to find the cause, and make sure that our work is targeted to resolve the root cause, and not put a band aid on the symptom. We will produce a pack showing you the outputs of the research, what it means and the insights we have from the work. We will then scope how the next phase of activity.
Detailed (Additional Qualitative Research): Recommended.
Organisations don’t run on numbers and things written on papers – People run them. The detailed research provides a fuller analysis of your organisation and how they really work. We will undertake interviews across your organisation to find out the detail behind the numbers and what it’s like beyond the numbers, what makes it tick and how your people feel about how it works.
This research adds huge value to the High Level review as you can see how the numbers are impacting on your people, and see how initiative flow through into peoples beliefs about how things work. We understand that it’s a big investment up front, but we believe that the insights obtained, and the ability to target your actual work saves clients considerable sums on wasted work further down the line.
